Support of the clients’ day-to-day activities includes:
- legal due diligence in preparation for inspections by control and supervision authorities (including the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources Use, Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision etc.);
- oral and written advice on legal issues arising in the clients’ activity;
- preparation of legal opinions;
- structuring of contract relations, preparation of agreements and their negotiation with contractors;
- participation in negotiations with contractors and representation of clients in relations with state authorities.
