This practice area includes the following services:representation of interests in cases related to the environmental protection, including cases concerning the recovery of payments for damage and negative impact on the environment, contestation of claims of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources Use etc.);
- representation of the clients’ interests in litigations related to subsoil use (contestation of orders on early termination, suspension or limitation of subsoil use rights, refusals to amend or reissue licenses, non-admission to participation in auctions etc.).;
