Protection of Business
One of the directions of Noland Consulting activity is protection of the clients’ rights during inspections held by state control and supervision authorities. This area includes the following services:
- legal assistance during inspections of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources Use, Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision and other state authorities, contestation of the results of inspections;
- protection of the clients’ rights in cases concerning administrative offenses, cases considered in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, as well as in criminal cases;
- contestation of illegal acts, decisions, actions (inaction) of state authorities;
- contestation of laws and regulations that violate the rights and legitimate interests of the clients in the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.
